Delicious Clay pot beef stew, it is so easy to make and it’s full of flavor. If you don’t have a Clay pot, you can definitely make this in a Dutch oven or in a casserole dish; just wrap it with foil really tight to trap all the steam inside.
Mix everything together. Put it in the clay pot, Dutch oven, or casserole dish. Take a piece of parchment paper, wet it, and then put it right on top. Cover it with a lid, or if you’re using a casserole dish, cover tightly with foil. Into the oven it goes at 375°F for 2 and 1/2 hours or until the meat is tender and enjoy.
